well like i promised, here's my poem. yeah, i noe it sucks like hell. and yes, i noe cacti will NOT make you happy. but i couldn't think of anything else and i've handed it in already so theres no use in changing it...
Green
Green are the branches
of beautiful trees.
Greens are vegetables,
like cabbage or peas.
Green is the watermelon,
that makes you feel so cooling.
Green is the chameleon,
that always keeps you looking.
Precious things like jade and money
can make you green with envy,
but sometimes things like cacti
can make you feel so happy.
Some green fruits like durians
always look so grand,
and plants like broccoli
are always found on land.
Bitter green apples
are delicious to some,
but vegetables like broccoli
are tastier to the tongue.
Vegetables like spinach
are good for me and you-
but fruits like pear and guava
are quite important too!
